Sony XPeria U review:
The Sony Xperia U is the 3rd of Sony new wave of Android smartphones.Offering a 3.5-inch TFT display.The Xperia U is small and solid Xperia touch areas are big and very sensitive.
Key features:
There is no dedicated player application.Xperia U will not support 1080p videos it support 720p videos
Gallery:
The Xperia U uses the traditional gallery It has good functionality,shows full resolution images, and cool 3D looks.The different albums and folders appear as piles of photos.Transparent glowing strip is good use in the Gallery app.
To view the 3D you have to connect your phone to the compatible 3DTV.photos can be stored by date.Images can be cropped in gallery
Audio:
The Sony Xperia U did well in the audio quality.Theres some degradation in headphone [note:The stereo crosstalk rises a bit too in head phone] rest of things remains great overall the audio quality it excellent.
Connectivity:
Sony Xperia U has quad-band 2G and 3G. Mobile data speeds are 14.4Mbps HSDPA and 5.76Mbps HSUPA.Media Remote app is available for free download at the Play Store.USB flash storage work well.It can play YouTube videos smoothly up to 720p
Google map:
Sony Xperia U comes with GPS receiver it took only than a minutes to get satellite.The latest version uses vector maps.
Storage and battery:
The Xperia U comes with an inbuilt 8Gb memory and 512 MB RAM.the Xperia U has 1320 mAh battery it support 6hr of talk time.
